about

'Us' is a five-track EP devoted to solo piano, my favorite instrument.

It's a format that I think allows for a great deal of precision and authenticity. I wanted to create melodic pieces with pop harmonies.

Emotion always guides my compositional choices and these five pieces all have their own atmosphere, which I wanted to be singular and complementary.

I tried to compose different moments imbued with very particular emotions. The nice thing is that this music, having no words, gives free rein to the listener's imagination and can be listened to many times with different interpretations.

That's what I like about instrumental music: each time you listen to it, it takes you into your own thoughts of the moment, each time you listen to it, it's different and doesn't tell the same story.

There's a lot of freedom in that.
